We asked Simon Allder, Safety Handles Founder, how do you evaluate the best safety solution for a customer...
"We manufacture solutions for clients therefore we need to know initial and also potential numbers to get a quote together for the tooling and parts costs. The more impressions a tool has the more work goes into it and therefore the cost go up. However the flip side is the parts become less to produce. Our format is firstly to arrange to visit site and see exactly what your requirement is. We have developed more than a dozen solutions which we will bring with us hopefully suitable for the demonstration. We will aim to have a suitable bit of kit with us to at least demonstrate the potential of Safety Handles if a custom solution is required for your situation.
Once demonstrated we can prepare a quote for either a controlled pilot/trial scheme using hi performing prototypes or commissioning an appropriately specified tool and supply of the quantity required to roll this out"
