Thanks to BBC Gardeners World presenter Mark Lane, we are pleased to announce that a partnership has been agreed with the Gardening for Disabled Trust grant service to provide iTip Handles for gardening projects.
The Trust help people with disabilities get back into gardening and help their wellbeing. They provide grants to assist with relevant gardening projects. This maybe seeds, bulbs, raised beds or planting tables or to enable gardening accessibility through ramps and handrails.
iTip Handles are great for hand dexterity issues being a larger natural grip. The colours are great especially for youngsters and it will make wheelbarrow work more accessible. Simon Allder the Founder says;
"It has been interesting talking to Mark about the possibilities that iTip Handles can bring to disabled gardeners and I am excited to see the joy incorporating iTip Handles into projects will bring."
